Download Tips:

When you purchase a download product you will be sent a link to collect your download. Clicking on the link provided should ask you if you'd like to save it and where. Some personal systems are set-up not to ask but to do a temporary download followed by an automatic play of the product. In these systems it can be very difficult to find where your downloaded product was placed. The following instructions are how to save downloads to your computer without the autoplay feature:

Netscape
Right mouse click the link and select "Save Link As." Follow prompts to save the file to your location.

Internet Explorer
Right mouse click the link and select "Save Target As." Follow prompts to save the file to your location.

Macintosh
Either control+click or click and hold the mouse button down on the link until the menu pops up. Select the item from the menu that indicates it will "save" or "download" the file to the disk. Select the file type before you click OK (the file type should be mp3 or source, depending on your browser).
